It helps leadership focus on priorities by coordinating plans, improving repeatable processes, and keeping projects and operating routines on track.

What you'll do

• Turn team priorities into plans with owners, milestones, and budgets
• investigate practice needs and recommend solutions
• prepare agendas and pre-reads, capture decisions, and follow up on action items
• unblock projects with practice managers
• document repeatable processes
• take on unowned projects such as acquisitions, data analysis, vendor contracts, licensing, registrations, and policy development.
