• Coordinate care among medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers
• attend appointments, which may include visits to employers and injured workers at their workplace
• develop, document, and monitor recovery goals and return-to-work plans
• provide consistent communication and detailed progress reports
• ensure case management meets customer and compliance requirements
• build relationships with clients, providers, and internal team members.

Why this role
