What you'll do

• Review quantities and truck assignments before loading
• build loads efficiently
• pull exact quantities using voice picking or pick sheets
• inspect cases and load products to prevent damage
• load carts and pallets onto route trucks
• follow code dates and load older product first
• clean load areas and remove debris and empty pallets
• report accidents
• follow inventory, safety, and liquor-control procedures.
