What you'll do

• Restore vacated apartments to lease-ready condition within assigned time frames
• assist with work orders and exterior projects
• remove litter and debris from property areas
• clean and maintain storage rooms
• distribute resident communications as directed
• provide customer service to residents
• may work at other Foundation Communities properties in the Austin area as needed.
