What you'll do

• Develop commercial business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• meet with contractors, municipalities, schools, property managers, developers, and business owners
• visit job sites to gather measurements and requirements
• prepare estimates and proposals
• follow projects from bid through contract award
• build customer and industry relationships
• coordinate with project managers and operations
• maintain the sales pipeline and forecasts.
