The Site Leader role is onsite at 619 Page Avenue in Lyndhurst, NJ. It is scheduled four days per week between 8:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., for no more than 29 hours weekly; compensation is $40 per hour. The New Jersey Tutoring Corps provides high-impact math and literacy tutoring for pre-K through Grade 8 students to help close learning gaps. The role oversees tutor performance and the technical logistics of the tutoring program at the embedded school-day site. The Site Leader reports to the Program Manager and supervises tutors, supporting delivery of the program in partnership with the school and community network.
