What you'll do

• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain systems infrastructure
• provide technical support for planning, implementation, and operations
• document specifications, project plans, configurations, and test results
• develop and oversee storage arrays, fiber switches, backup solutions, and related components
• monitor data restore and disaster recovery capabilities
• maintain backup solutions
• research and implement file-sharing technologies
• troubleshoot storage issues
• perform equipment checks and preventive maintenance
• conduct storage analysis and capacity planning
• author operational procedures and recommend technology enhancements.

Why this role
