What you'll do

• Provide routine direct care in activities of daily living under licensed supervision
• follow the tenant’s service plan
• apply basic nursing, personal care, and restorative skills
• attend to mental health and social service needs, including those of cognitively impaired tenants
• contribute to the interdisciplinary care team’s support of tenant independence and well-being.
