What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses
• create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, clinic staff, and school staff
• attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
