The Controller role is onsite at the corporate offices in Cincinnati, OH, with an annual salary of $110,000–$130,000. The Controller reports to the President/CEO and directs the company’s accounting operations. The role oversees accounting staff and core financial processes, establishes controls and procedures, and delivers reporting, budgets, forecasts, and analysis to support company leadership. It also coordinates with Human Resources and external auditors and helps ensure compliance with accounting standards and government requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain accounting policies and transaction controls
• oversee monthly financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
• manage staff responsible for reporting, billing, collections, and budgets
• recruit, hire, train, and develop accounting staff
• support venue financial requests and profit-and-loss summaries
• analyze pricing and contract negotiations
• prepare budgets and forecasts
• collaborate on payroll standardization and audits
• file required reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
