What you'll do

• Provide expert guidance on collective bargaining agreement (CBA) interpretation, administration, and compliance.
• Support and lead collective bargaining negotiations.
• Manage the grievance process, including investigations, settlements, and arbitration preparation.
• Partner with business leaders to advise on employee relations matters.
• Administer union compliance activities and collaborate with Corporate Benefits.
• Work with operations leadership to optimize staffing and workforce planning.
• Conduct wage market analyses and evaluate labor costs.
