What you'll do

• Contact prospective customers through agency leads, referrals, phone, email, and other outreach
• assess customer needs and current coverage
• prepare quotes and explain coverage options
• recommend Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• follow up with prospects
• build existing customer relationships and identify additional coverage opportunities
• work toward sales goals
• organize pipeline and customer activity
• participate in sales coaching and product training.
