The associate supports production targets by operating around manufacturing equipment, inspecting and assembling parts, documenting production data, and packaging finished goods. The role contributes to timely customer deliveries while maintaining product specifications and a safe work area.

What you'll do

• Monitor manufacturing machinery and remove molded parts
• visually inspect parts for defects
• document production quantities, defects, and materials
• correct certain defects using general tools
• assemble product subcomponents
• package and label finished products
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• participate in production and continuous improvement meetings
• cover associates during breaks.
