The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Sierra Vista, AZ, with pay of $22–$30 per hour depending on experience. GreenLight ABA provides personalized applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs. The RBT conducts one-to-one therapy sessions and implements skill-acquisition programs and behavior-reduction plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst guidance, helping children and families build skills that support independence and positive behavior change.

What you'll do

• Conduct one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy sessions with children ages 2–18
• implement skill-acquisition programs and behavior-reduction plans under BCBA guidance
• support children and families in learning skills that promote independence and positive behavior change.
