Mold Mitigation Technician

Job overview

The Mold Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Clearwater, FL. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Paul Davis Restoration provides restoration and reconstruction services and sends mitigation technicians to help restore properties after disasters. Reporting to the Mitigation Manager, the technician performs mitigation and restoration work after property damage, helping customers and communities recover from floods, fires, and mold issues. The role contributes through careful project work, equipment upkeep, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation according to company and industry specifications under the Mitigation Manager’s supervision
• maintain a clean, stocked, and organized truck and company equipment
• provide customer service
• participate as necessary in the on-call schedule
• assist with warehouse and facility tasks
• support other team members.
