Description

The role of the Maintenance Mechanic is to perform maintenance at their assigned property in accordance with company standards. The purpose of this position is to help ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives. The Maintenance Mechanic works a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which may require some travel.
