What you'll do

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• stock kitchen inventory as needed
• help meet a ticket-time goal of six minutes or less
• prepare ingredients and food for service, including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
• follow standard recipes and food-preparation procedures
• stock and prepare service stations
• communicate product needs to back-of-house staff and managers on duty.
