What you'll do

• Support a team-oriented workplace and employee development
• address concerns and complete incident reporting
• monitor and adjust equipment, wash-package functions, and tunnel performance
• uphold policies and safety protocols and ensure required safety training
• explain wash products and memberships to customers
• assist with membership account updates
• oversee opening and closing procedures
• learn car wash chemistry and resolve wash-quality issues
• communicate improvement opportunities to management
• administer customer feedback surveys.
