What you'll do

• Support daily retail service, merchandising, and guest interactions
• assist with staffing, workflow coordination, and service execution
• train and coach team members on company standards, customer service, food safety, and procedures
• assist with inventory, product rotation, stocking, and presentation
• monitor food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• support cash handling, point-of-sale operations, and reporting
• assist with opening and closing
• help resolve guest concerns.
