What you'll do

• Lead development, implementation, standardization, and optimization of clinical pathways
• train navigation staff
• oversee nurse navigators and clinical team members
• collaborate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and operations
• monitor adherence metrics and outcomes
• identify barriers and corrective actions
• maintain pathway materials
• report program performance
• support quality improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration.
