What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• troubleshoot refrigerant leaks, electrical issues, and airflow problems
• perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• commission newly installed units
• explain system operation and maintenance to customers
• assess replacement needs and provide estimates
• complete service documentation
• follow building codes, safety rules, and refrigerant-handling requirements
• collaborate with technicians and installation teams.
