What you'll do

• Support and work cooperatively with the director of staffing
• oversee quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides
• organize care-center clinical operations
• review service requests and patient eligibility
• coordinate referrals and admissions
• oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification
• review staff documentation
• assist with patient goals and plans of care
• participate in on-call processes
• support staff training and investigate concerns. Direct patient care may be provided infrequently in emergencies.
