Retail Products Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to streamline product and operational processes
• document best practices, standards, and training materials
• partner with Product, Design, Merchandising, Development, Planning, and Insights
• align calendars, reporting, and milestones
• maintain product calendars and operational reports
• facilitate training
• develop project plans covering scope, resources, timelines, and risks
• support process alignment and system improvements
• train teams to use business data and analytics.
