2027 Guest Experience Coordinator

Job overview

The Guest Experience Coordinator position is onsite in West Yellowstone, Montana. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The seasonal role supports guest experiences and camp operations at Under Canvas. The coordinator welcomes guests, helps organize activities and adventures, and works across departments to keep guests informed and supported. The role contributes to a positive stay by sharing local recommendations, coordinating events, and helping maintain camp standards.

What you'll do

• Assist department employees
• balance priorities while engaging with guests and arrivals
• share resources and leads with a supervisor
• help ensure events and adventures are attended and received
• support camp operations
• communicate priorities and concerns
• coordinate tasks across Guest Experience, Front Desk, Adventures, Food and Beverage, and Groups
• welcome guests and confirm activities
• share local recommendations
• conduct on-site activities such as stargazing, nature walks, yoga, live music, and special events
• attend daily and weekly meetings.
