What you'll do

• Greet guests and answer questions
• check cruise documents and photo identification
• check guests in using a computer system
• direct guests through check-in, security, customs, and luggage areas
• help guests locate luggage and complete lost-luggage forms
• welcome VIP guests and sign in visitors
• set up and tidy the work area
• provide directional or wheelchair assistance as needed.
