What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations under campus protocols
• monitor access points
• document patrols, incidents, and observations
• communicate relevant information to supervisors and campus representatives.
