Project Engineer II

Job overview

The Project Engineer II position is onsite in Saint George, UT. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The role works under the direction of a Project Manager with the project team to support successful completion of medium-scale projects. The Project Engineer II helps coordinate project setup, execution, and closeout so the Superintendent and project team have the information and processes needed to complete work. The role tracks progress, manages project documentation and coordination, supports site inspections, and identifies ways to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.

What you'll do

• Set up, maintain, and close out projects in selected software
• coordinate RFIs, submittals, contract modifications, and project changes
• perform SWPP inspections
• update schedules and track subcontractor progress
• maintain punch lists and closeout documents
• organize and submit redline drawings
• analyze processes for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements
• follow safety protocols.
