By evaluating memory technologies and studying performance, power, bandwidth, and latency trade-offs, the intern contributes evidence that helps architects assess future memory-system designs.

What you'll do

• Develop software frameworks, simulation environments, and automation tools
• create AI-assisted workflows for simulation, experiments, analysis, documentation, and productivity
• analyze DRAM, LPDDR, DDR6, MRDIMM, CAMM, and emerging memory technologies
• conduct performance, power, bandwidth, latency, and workload studies
• document methodologies and present findings with architects and researchers.
