What you'll do

• Provide hands-on floor leadership
• support opening, closing, staffing, and daily operations
• coach employees and reinforce service and performance expectations
• assist guests and vendors
• maintain organized, stocked sales areas
• support merchandising, inventory, and restocking
• operate POS and handle cash
• train employees
• communicate shift updates to the manager.
