What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and identify needs, priorities, style, and budget
• guide furniture, mattress, and appliance selections
• present accessories, protection plans, financing, and additional products
• ask for the sale and address questions
• follow up on quotes, leads, and prospective customers
• learn product brands, features, specifications, promotions, and new products
• work toward sales goals
• follow sales processes
• coordinate with delivery, service, and other departments
• review results and improve performance.
