The Home Health Aide – Reading, PA role is onsite, providing care in client homes in Reading, PA, and surrounding communities. Compensation is $11–$13 per hour. EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical home care to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The aide provides support according to each client’s individualized care plan, which may include personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, approved transportation, and medication reminders. Assignments and schedules depend on client needs and caregiver availability.

What you'll do

• Provide care tasks that may include personal care, hygiene, dressing, mobility and incontinence support, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry, errands and approved transportation, and medication reminders
• follow individualized care plans
• communicate with clients and the care team
• complete onboarding and training.
