What you'll do

• Prepare tax, registration, and title documents and submit them to the DMV accurately and on time
• assist customers with forms and titling inquiries
• verify collected funds and amounts owed before processing titles
• organize, retain, and scan title and deal documents
• register new products for manufacturer warranties
• track and process inventory according to New York State regulations
• provide receptionist backup or other clerical support as assigned.
