Healing Arts Center is seeking a clinical leader for its satellite outpatient clinic, with a larger physical therapy department and organizational leadership behind the location. The director remains a practicing physical therapist while guiding the clinic’s day-to-day clinical and operational success. The role combines patient care, staff coaching, consultant and team coordination, and ownership of clinic performance and growth.

• Evaluate and treat patients
• lead day-to-day clinic operations
• support and appropriately utilize physical therapist assistants
• oversee schedules, documentation, communication, and follow-through
• coach staff, address operational problems, and help the location grow.
