What you'll do

• Lead the Quality department and quality technicians
• work with production management on improvements
• investigate customer complaints and product or component rejections
• maintain quality system documentation and project specifications
• analyze and present quality data
• support production with process and material issues
• lead audits, training, validations, and process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools.
