Residential Drafter and Submittal Manager

What you'll do

• Produce code-compliant Revit drawings for Type Five onsite ADU construction
• manage building department interactions and jurisdiction-specific submittal requirements
• track consultant timelines, homeowner approvals, requirements, and fee triggers
• review and redline drawings
• conduct site research and develop site plans
• coordinate with structural engineers and Title 24 consultants
• monitor city review timelines
• respond to city comments
• identify site conditions that may affect cost or schedule.
