What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, ambulation, exercises, and laundry
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• follow care plans
• support home safety
• communicate with clients, families, and the office
• and document and report changes to the nurse supervisor.
