What you'll do

• Receive cash, check, and credit card payments for service work
• calculate and communicate repair orders
• verify the identity of people picking up vehicles
• organize and file repair orders, invoices, and missing-document lists
• reconcile the cash drawer
• supply amenities and help keep the customer waiting area clean
• provide backup to customer relations departments
• assist with vehicle delivery if needed.
