Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Contract

Assess and treat a variety of patient types in an outpatient setting, including formulating measurable goals and reassessing progress per departmental policies. Utilize common outpatient equipment and recommend appropriate devices. Provide one-to-one patient care, approximately every 45 minutes. Document patient status and progress.
