Director of Operations

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day operational decisions across departments
• supervise VA and Medicaid team workflows
• manage payroll processing and administration
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• oversee staffing, training, and evaluations
• maintain budgeting and accounting systems
• liaise among staff, contractors, and governing body
• oversee credentialing, DSW training compliance, and COPC reviews
• partner with leadership on SOPs and performance management.
