What you'll do

• Serve as the primary tenant contact and resolve inquiries and concerns
• build tenant relationships through communication, visits, and engagement
• develop and manage budgets, operating expenses, and capital plans
• monitor rent collection, receivables, and delinquencies
• review financial reports and implement revenue and expense strategies
• inspect properties for safety and upkeep
• maintain service and repair records
• assist with vendor and service contracts
• maintain accurate documentation
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• travel between properties as needed.

Why this role
