What you'll do

• Lead patient care teams
• develop team performance plans, goals, and objectives
• oversee scheduling, tracking, and evaluation of patient care services
• monitor care processes and adjust as needed
• maintain patient care records
• ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
• monitor quality and safety protocols
• communicate with patients, management, staff, and healthcare professionals
• generate KPIs, PIPs, and metrics
• conduct or oversee QAPI meetings and compliance audits
• attend conferences and marketing events and manage external communications.
