What you'll do

• Conduct regular facility maintenance
• check safety systems such as fire alarms
• inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems including ventilation and hot water
• perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
• paint and remove graffiti
• clean floors, rooms, stairwells, windows, and restrooms
• maintain records
• support supply management, kitchen operations, and office moves as needed.
