Senior Brand Designer

The Senior Brand Designer role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a stated US base salary range of $120,000–$148,000 per year; bonus, equity, and benefits are additional. The designer works with Flexport’s CEO and marketing team to bring the company’s brand, vision, and narrative to life as it works to make global commerce easier. This role turns creative direction into consistent, market-ready brand work across campaigns, events, product launches, web experiences, presentations, motion, and visual storytelling. It also develops brand systems and templates that help teams across Flexport create work efficiently while maintaining brand standards.

What you'll do

• Create assets for campaigns, events, and product launches
• evolve brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries
• design web experiences with developers and digital marketers, including pages in Sanity
• build executive presentations, sales decks, and keynote visuals
• design and animate short brand videos, product explainers, social motion, and event visuals
• create illustrations, icons, and data visualizations
• use AI tools for ideation, image generation, and production
• brief and manage outside designers, agencies, and freelancers.
