Senior Counsel, M&A Integration

Job overview

The Senior Counsel, M&A Integration role may be based in Procore’s Austin, TX office, another U.S.-based office, or remote for the right candidate. The annual base pay range is $200,000–$275,000; the role may also be eligible for equity and/or bonus incentive compensation. The position is part of Procore’s Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Department and supports the company’s acquisition integration strategy. The counsel leads legal integration of acquired companies, coordinating across legal and business functions to align acquired operations with Procore’s standards. The role helps accelerate acquisition integration while identifying and managing legal, privacy, compliance, and operational risks.

What you'll do

• Project-manage end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities
• partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to identify risks and shape integration roadmaps
• coordinate across commercial, privacy, security, product, finance, and other functions
• provide leadership updates on milestones and blockers
• support transition of customer and vendor contracts
• develop repeatable playbooks, processes, and templates using AI-driven tools
• identify and communicate legal risks and remediate compliance gaps, including data residency and global privacy matters.
