Working with the District Manager, the role maintains operational standards and uses sales, labor, inventory, and other business metrics to improve performance and profitability.

What you'll do

• Lead daily store operations, including staffing, guest experience, product quality, and financial performance
• recruit, coach, and develop team members and future leaders
• monitor sales, labor, inventory, and business metrics
• implement improvement plans
• maintain food safety, cleanliness, quality, security, compliance, and operational standards
• partner with the District Manager.
