What you'll do

• Engage clients to understand business challenges, requirements, and goals
• lead presales and architectural design sessions
• scope, plan, propose, and implement solutions aligned with client goals and technical environments
• develop architecture diagrams and high- and detailed-design documents
• maintain Microsoft cloud security standards, designs, and delivery playbooks
• collaborate across teams
• support engagements from SMB through enterprise scale
• serve as an escalation point
• contribute to go-to-market strategies
• coordinate with project and delivery managers and technical leads
• provide technical oversight during design, implementation, and deployment
• conduct quality assurance and testing
• troubleshoot project issues
• stay current on Microsoft Cloud technologies and practices.
