What you'll do

• Assess spiritual and emotional needs

• provide spiritual counseling, grief support, and compassionate presence
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning
• coordinate with care team members and community clergy
• maintain clinical documentation and participate in quality and compliance initiatives.
