Lead Technician – Restoration

Job overview

The Lead Technician – Restoration role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL. The pay range is $20–$25 per hour. The position supports HighGround’s restoration projects and job-site teams. The lead technician supervises and works alongside technicians to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The role contributes to customer service and project execution through team coordination, documentation, and compliance with company procedures.

What you'll do

• Supervise technicians and oversee job projects
• ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• perform demolition using hand and power tools
• document drying progress with moisture meters
• communicate additional service needs to the In-Home Sales Specialist
• drive a company vehicle to job sites
• complete daily compliance tasks.
