The Teacher at Aspen View Academy is an onsite role located in Lone Tree, CO, with a pay range of $15.50 - $20.95 per hour. This position supports the KinderCare Education team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. This role exists to provide a nurturing and safe environment for children while implementing research-backed curriculum. The Teacher mentors less experienced staff and fosters positive relationships with families to ensure the center's success and accreditation goals.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
• model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success
• partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
