What you'll do

• Handle daily maintenance and repairs in apartments, buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds
• complete service requests within one business day when possible
• perform make-ready duties and coordinate with vendors
• maintain the maintenance shop
• participate in rotating emergency on-call coverage
• interact professionally with residents and team members.
